About the Role

In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end management of Learning and Development programs to build workforce capability and support organisational priorities. You will be partnered to selected divisions on all enterprise Talent & Culture initiatives and divisional specific issues; including but not limited to understanding challenges / gaps and solutioning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Learning and Development Programs

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of Learning and Development programs, including needs analysis, solution design, delivery, vendor management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business strategy and future capability requirements into fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions and development pathways.
  • Define success measures and KPIs for Learning and Development initiatives, analyse outcomes and impact, and use insights to drive program effectiveness and data‑led decisions.
  • Provide governance and oversight to ensure learning programs meet quality, consistency, and compliance standards.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of learning platforms, LMS, and digital learning solutions, leveraging innovative approaches where appropriate.

Divisional Partner

  • Partner with divisions and HR Business Partner to execute Talent and Culture initiatives enterprise-wide and / or division specific. For example:
  • Support on the annual succession planning exercise; and review of, and management thereof, individual talent development plans.
  • Partner with Divisions and HR Business Partner to understand workforce skills gaps and learning and development needs; and advise on the solutions that could be utilised to address gaps.
  • Support the respective HR Business Partner communicate and embed AIA’s Culture into daily activities and routines. 
  • Advise on Employee Engagement matters, including interpreting engagement survey results and developing action plans to improve team and organisational engagement.
  • Partner with the Divisions and HR Business Partner to diagnose team effectiveness and support deploy appropriate interventions.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partners to coach managers and individuals to enhance leadership, performance, and career development.

Other

  • Support and or lead on enterprise learning, development, culture initiatives from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with specialisation in Human Resource preferred
  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in talent management / learning and development in a multi-national organisation. Industry experience in Consulting, Financial Institutions, FMCG
  • Specialist knowledge and experience of talent management; learning and development strategy and programme design; leadership development and enterprise skill building; facilitation; coaching.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work across the organisation to achieve the desired business outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • High learning and adaptability agility.
  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to manage talent acquisition metrics and drive improvements. 
  • Creative thinker while maintaining a strong focus on practical solutions.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
