Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist/Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day HR functions including payroll processing, HR operations management, HRIS administration, and policy/SOP development. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and has hands-on experience with HR technology platforms. This role also involves generating insightful HR reports and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely disbursement which includes tax regulations, employee records and leave policies.
- Administer and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Infotech system.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.
- Conduct data analysis to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends and recommend actions for improvement in HR practices and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, with hands-on payroll (without outsourcing) and HRIS experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Infotech, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across departments.
- Experience with ESOS would be a plus
