Job Description
Menlo Research is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to scale the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate will have HRBP experience in startups, with a proven record of building effective talent recruitment pipelines, and has supported founders in scaling a global team from 20-50 people across several offices.
This role is based in Singapore, and is open to part-time and remote work for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Oversee HR functions to support the company’s growth trajectory - including recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Recruitment: Implement recruiting pipelines across AI and Robotics, by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
- Performance Management: Implement performance tracking and management for teams
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead HR-related change management as people grow and the company scales, that align with the company’s objectives and industry standards, in particular for compensation and benefits
Requirements
- Proven HRBP experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people)
- [Plus] HR Experience in China or Vietnam, for our satellite offices
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations across a global team
- Ability to adapt and execute quickly
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep interest in AI and productivity
