As a People Advisor, HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic talent support to senior leaders for their teams. The role connects the global COE initiatives to the leaders and mobilize people processes effectively. This role plays a critical part in driving regional implementation of HR programs, talent management, and supporting organizational change and workforce transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch engagement strategic support to leaders on HR matters connected to business initiatives
- Cultivate strong, high-trust relationships with senior leaders, delivering business partnering experience that anticipates needs and delivers impactful solutions
- Provide expert guidance and support mobilization of people processes
- Coordinate recruitment of director and above
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders as a regional lead to adapt and localize enterprise-level HR programs and initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
- Respond as part of the Local Response Team to manage employee support and HR operations during emergencies and critical business disruptions.
- Oversee employee complaint and grievance handling processes, including investigations, documentation, mediation, and resolution in a timely and compliant manner.
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives by analyzing headcount trends, skills gaps, and operational needs across business functions.
