Job Summary:

- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations

- Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation for new joiners

- Assist with laptop setup and account preparation for onboarders

- Handle intern inquiries related to passwords, accounts, and basic support matters

- Assist in creating and preparing PowerPoint presentation slides

- Curate and prepare Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) for internal communications

- Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and candidate databases

- Support recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows, and hiring events

- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interview scheduling

- Track job applications and assist with recruitment coordination

- Support staff engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and company events

- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties when required


Requirements

- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn

- Comfortable using Google Workspace / Powerpoint

- Able to work independently and in a team environment
