Job Purpose

The Head of eCommerce & Omni, EAP is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Levi’s end-to-end digital commerce and omnichannel strategy across East Asia Pacific. This role owns the regional eCommerce vision, P&L performance, and execution across DTC brand.com, marketplaces, and long-term omnichannel integration with physical retail.

Reporting to the Managing Director, EAP, the role partners closely with global Digital Commerce teams and EAP commercial, brand, merchandising, supply chain, and technology leaders and teams. The incumbent will translate global digital strategies into locally relevant, scalable growth plans—balancing speed, profitability, brand equity, and consumer experience across highly diverse EAP markets.

Responsibilities

1. Regional eCommerce & Omni P&L Ownership

  • Own and drive the regional eCommerce and omnichannel P&L across EAP markets, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, EBIT, and all financial objectives.
  • Lead regional AOPs, forecasts, and business reviews, with a strong focus on profitable growth and disciplined investment.
  • Establish clear performance management across markets and channels, including traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT, CLV, CAC, inventory productivity, and service KPIs.

2. eCommerce & Omnichannel Strategy

  • Define and lead the EAP eCommerce and omnichannel strategy aligned to Levi’s global DTC-first ambition.
  • Translate global digital priorities into market-ready roadmaps, recognizing different levels of maturity across owned, franchise, and partner-led markets.
  • Set clear guardrails on channel roles, marketplace strategy, and omnichannel integration to maximize consumer reach while minimizing channel conflict.
  • Ensure vision and strategy is well communicated and connects across the EAP cluster with strong cross functional alignment.

3. DTC Levi.com Leadership

  • Oversee the regional Levi.com experience, ensuring a consistent, premium, and locally relevant consumer journey across EAP.
  • Partner with global product and platform teams to influence roadmap priorities, capabilities, and releases.
  • Champion continuous improvement across UX/UI, personalization, content, and conversion optimization.

4. Marketplace & Partner Ecosystem

  • Lead the regional marketplace strategy, including prioritization, positioning, and performance across key platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency, pricing integrity, and differentiated assortments across third-party platforms.
  • Strengthen governance, standards, and execution across franchise and wholesale eCommerce partners.

5. Omnichannel Integration

  • Drive seamless omnichannel experiences linking digital and physical retail (e.g., click & collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle, returns integration).
  • Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to improve inventory visibility, fulfillment speed, and consumer convenience.
  • Act as a key integrator across channels to ensure the consumer remains at the center of all decisions.

6. Consumer, Marketing, Loyalty & Demand Generation

  • Partner with Brand and Marketing leaders to drive traffic, acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data, insights, and test-and-learn approaches to optimize media efficiency, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Lead the regional loyalty and CRM agenda, strengthening member acquisition, engagement, and retention through personalized experiences, benefits, and lifecycle communications.
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset rooted in insights, behavior, and local cultural relevance.

7. Operations, Technology & Execution Excellence

  • Oversee regional eCommerce operations including merchandising principles, inventory management, order management, logistics, and returns.
  • Ensure strong integration across CMS, OMS, CRM, analytics, and marketplace tools.
  • Drive operational rigor, scalability, and resilience across markets with different operating models.

8. Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead a high-performing eCommerce & omni team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Act as a thought leader and coach for market teams, raising digital capabilities and best-practice adoption across EAP.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across EAP and global teams through clarity of vision, data-driven insights, and strong commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, DTC, or omnichannel roles within apparel, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-market eCommerce businesses with P&L ownership.
  • Strong understanding of marketplaces, brand.com, and omnichannel retail models.
  • Experience operating in regional or global matrix organizations.
  • Deep commercial and financial acumen with a strong results orientation.
  • Strong grasp of digital platforms, performance marketing, analytics, and consumer technology.
  • Ability to balance global consistency with local market relevance.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Consumer-first, brand-led, and insight-driven.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Collaborative, inclusive leader who builds high-performing, empowered teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading transformation across diverse markets.
