The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Manager - APAC is responsible for developing, executing and oversight of Asia Pacific growth strategies. This role will Identify and develop key reimbursement strategies, market shaping opportunities and enterprise GTM approaches in the Asia Pacific region. This position will leverage an understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory environment and reimbursement/value pools to accelerate commercial success in a region.
The Opportunity

Analyze and connect financial flows and value pools from a variety of environments including, but not limited to, health systems, payers, government which can help to successfully commercialize the RIS portfolio.

Understand and identify new market dynamics and value pool opportunities/shifts across your region and develop and understand priorities of the region/affiliates.

Develop business plans, new Business Models and Go-To-Market Strategies at an “above product/solution level” across regions and collaborate with the Market Development teams including Market Development Managers.

Collaborate with the global executive level stakeholders and region/affiliates to identify market shaping opportunities with a mid-to-long term view.

Think openly and experiment to find the best market fit for solutions.

Liaise with the Global Business Development / Partnering team .
Who you are
-
You should hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Biomedical Sciences, IT or engineering with 5 - 8 years of experience driving go-to-market, monetization and access strategies for healthcare products, ideally data/digital products.

You should have previous sales or business development experience with cloud-based software solutions for healthcare customers.
