Complete scheduled biochemical manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include equipment preparation, vessel cleaning and sterilization, solution preparation, process equipment operation, raw-material sampling, environmental monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, housekeeping, computer-based process control, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration across shifts, incident reporting, and the ability to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime while handling loads up to 25 kg.

Provides scientific and technical support for sequencing laboratory products across Roche’s Asia Pacific network. Advises customers on experimental design, sample preparation, target capture, NGS workflows, assay performance, software, and instrument troubleshooting. Supports pre- and post-sales activities, performs basic data analysis, coordinates training and demonstrations, escalates complex issues, gathers competitive feedback, and optimizes workflows across multiple sequencing platforms.

Leads pharmaceutical capital projects from design and procurement through installation, commissioning, qualification, and technology transfer. Ensures equipment, piping, facilities, documentation, and engineering assets meet cGMP, safety, regulatory, reliability, and operational requirements. Coordinates contractors and internal teams, supports capital planning and budgets, develops maintenance and manufacturing capabilities, contributes to root cause analyses and CAPA, and applies Lean Production System principles for continuous improvement.

Support Quality & Regulatory team by preparing and submitting product registration updates, monitoring regulatory sources, maintaining tracking databases, leveraging internal tools to automate processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on regulatory and quality projects.
