Lead commercial strategy and lifecycle management for the Immunoassay Core Lab portfolio across APAC. Develop integrated regional launches, market analyses, KPI-driven business planning, stakeholder alignment, and affiliate capability building to drive product adoption and sustainable growth.

Lead regulatory submissions and change notifications to HSA, manage registration databases, ensure audit readiness, conduct internal audits, implement Roche QMS, handle post-market surveillance and corrective actions, and align regulatory strategy with global and local stakeholders to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.

Execute cGMP-compliant biochemical manufacturing tasks: prepare and sterilize equipment, prepare solutions, operate and monitor processing equipment, perform sampling and data entry, troubleshoot processes, support continuous improvement, maintain housekeeping and safety, attend shift meetings, and follow SHE and LPS practices. Must work shifts and onsite at Singapore Tuas Bay Link, handle loads up to 25kg.

Lead Roche Singapore's manufacturing organization with full strategic and financial accountability. Drive cGMP compliance, inspection readiness, plant ownership, validation and tech transfers, continuous improvement (LPS), safety (SHE), and high-performing team leadership to deliver pharmaceutical products.

Accountable for completing biochemical manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP and safety standards: prepare and sterilize equipment, prepare solutions, operate and monitor processing equipment, sample and document raw materials and environmental monitoring, troubleshoot, support process improvements, and participate in shift meetings. Work under limited supervision and follow Lean Production System.

Serve as a strategic finance business partner delivering financial analysis, planning, budgeting and insights to support business decisions. Drive value creation, ensure compliance with controls and collaborate with global finance networks. Advise stakeholders on financial implications, review monthly results, support business planning, and help implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
