Lead end-to-end stewardship and strategic expansion of a mature pharmaceutical product portfolio, driving portfolio analysis, prioritization, product/affiliate transitions, readiness criteria, and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional global and local stakeholders to shape value cases, orchestrate transitions, and scale the squad's impact while balancing performance, risk, and sustained patient access.

Plan and optimize hub-to-affiliate replenishment, define inventory strategies, govern HARP processes, maintain master data accuracy, monitor S&OP performance, and drive continuous improvement across global supply networks to ensure product availability and cost-efficient supply continuity.

Serve as a strategic finance business partner delivering financial analysis, planning, budgeting and insights to support business decisions. Drive value creation, ensure compliance with controls and collaborate with global finance networks. Advise stakeholders on financial implications, review monthly results, support business planning, and help implement innovative solutions and process improvements.

Perform and document biochemical manufacturing tasks per cGMP, operate and troubleshoot processing equipment, prepare/sterilize vessels and solutions, conduct sampling and environmental monitoring, support process improvements, and follow SHE and Lean Production requirements.

Execute cGMP-compliant biochemical manufacturing tasks: prepare and sterilize equipment, prepare solutions, operate and monitor processing equipment, perform sampling and data entry, troubleshoot processes, support continuous improvement, maintain housekeeping and safety, attend shift meetings, and follow SHE and LPS practices. Must work shifts and onsite at Singapore Tuas Bay Link, handle loads up to 25kg.
