Drive adoption, integration, onboarding, and regional expansion of digital healthcare platforms and AI medical algorithms across APAC. Design cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment architectures; lead proofs of concept, customer training, technical implementations, troubleshooting, escalations, and cross-functional coordination. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, documentation, and enablement tools while bridging hospital IT, clinical users, engineering, product, and commercial teams.

Provide Level 1 (24x7 on-call) support for manufacturing IT/OT applications, coordinate incident communication, support rollouts and Go-Lives, participate in ITOT system lifecycle, validation/qualification, and continuous process improvement with global IT and site stakeholders.

Complete scheduled biochemical manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include equipment preparation, vessel cleaning and sterilization, solution preparation, process equipment operation, raw-material sampling, environmental monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, housekeeping, computer-based process control, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration across shifts, incident reporting, and the ability to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime while handling loads up to 25 kg.
