Execute cGMP-compliant biochemical manufacturing tasks: prepare and sterilize equipment, prepare solutions, operate and monitor processing equipment, perform sampling and data entry, troubleshoot processes, support continuous improvement, maintain housekeeping and safety, attend shift meetings, and follow SHE and LPS practices. Must work shifts and onsite at Singapore Tuas Bay Link, handle loads up to 25kg.

Develop and execute integrated external and internal communications and public affairs strategies across APAC. Partner with business leaders to support product launches, change management, crisis/issue counsel, and stakeholder engagement. Localize global communications, measure impact using data and metrics, and work collaboratively across regional and global communications, policy, and access teams to protect Roche’s reputation and drive commercial readiness.

Lead Roche Singapore's manufacturing organization with full strategic and financial accountability. Drive cGMP compliance, inspection readiness, plant ownership, validation and tech transfers, continuous improvement (LPS), safety (SHE), and high-performing team leadership to deliver pharmaceutical products.
