Lead the strategic vision for a data-driven Diagnostics supply chain: centralize supply chain data into a single source of truth, govern global KPIs, deploy BI and process-mining tools, bridge technical architecture and business execution, and drive organization-wide data-driven decision-making across global matrix teams.

Lead APAC Lab IT strategy and technical support for Roche diagnostics products. Provide escalated technical support, drive regional rollouts and integrations (LIS, ASTM/HL7), mentor teams, run workshops, optimize processes, and help define a sustainable APAC Lab IT support model. Position is based in Singapore and requires up to 40% international travel.

Lead APAC commercialization and lifecycle management for Roches Digital Infrastructure portfolio. Drive market adoption, launch excellence, affiliate readiness, and stakeholder alignment across digital/cloud solutions. Own portfolio analytics, KPI tracking, customer requirements, integration planning, and regional go-to-market strategies while serving as SME and SPOC between APAC affiliates and global product teams.
