ACP Global Strategic Marketing Leader

DuPont Interconnect Solutions has an opening for a Global Strategic Marketing Leader in the Advanced Circuit and Packaging (ACP) Business. 

ACP is the leading material supplier for Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Industrial Plating industry. Our integrated solutions on metallization, photoresist and conductive adhesives equipped us to resolve customers’ challenges on miniaturization, product reliability and complicated circuit and packaging design. We aim to be a one-stop powerhouse of advanced interconnect solutions and provide total solution to electronic industry. 

This position will develop & lead global marketing strategies across all product lines within ACP, synthesize market mega trends to form growth initiatives and oversee their executions. The right candidate will have in-depth understanding of global marketing landscape and emerging trends in Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, PCB, Packaging Substrate, Electronic Components and their value chain landscape.

Primary responsibilities include:
•    Develop and implement global marketing strategies to support business objectives, with good alignment with other global leaders. 
•    Conduct market research & reference market reports to identify mega trends and potential opportunities for business. 
•    Deep dive market reports and build correlation model between market indicators and each product line performance. 
•    Foster collaboration with Product Line Managements (PLMs), Commercial & R&D to form growth initiatives and drive execution. 
•    Develop Performance Metrics to measure marketing effectiveness; analyze data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
•    Flexible to take ad-hoc assignments critical to business growth. 

Job Qualifications

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Science & Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred 
•    Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, with a strong focus on global or multi-national markets. 
•    Industry Knowledge: Experience in semiconductor advanced packaging or electronic materials sectors is required
•    Skills:
•    Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
•    Ability to extract insights out of complicated matrix
•    Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability on stakeholder management
