Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Global Product Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team

Title: Global Product Compliance Manager

Location: Lysaker, Singapore, Szczecin

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Global Product Compliance Manager – a key player in ensuring our products meet international regulations and standards. If you’re passionate about navigating global compliance, driving risk management, and making a real impact, this is your chance to join a dynamic team and shape the future of our products worldwide!

What you will work on:

  • Monitor and track global regulations and trends to stay updated on trade, safety, and environmental laws affecting our products.

  • Collaborate with Project Management teams to ensure product compliance and secure necessary approvals, certifications, and key compliance documents.

  • Establish and maintain product compliance procedures and processes

  • Manage documentation and maintain essential records such as safety data sheets, test reports, and certificates.

  • Oversee supplier compliance and support procurement in ensuring suppliers meet required standards.

  • Assess and mitigate compliance risks in the supply chain.

  • Ensure label compliance, verify packaging and labels meet legal and environmental requirements.

  • Train internal teams on product compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Manage compliance expertise and oversee external compliance resources and service providers.

  • Handle regulatory reporting and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.

What we are looking for:    

  • Proven experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of global regulations and standards.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven project management skills and ability to drive compliance initiatives
