Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Markets business stakeholders, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver strategic business, regulatory and platform transformation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, solution design, process modelling, testing, implementation and production rollout.
• Analyse and optimise front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalisation and control enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, working closely with Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, drive consensus on business requirements, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.
• Support programme planning, prioritisation, governance, vendor evaluation and roadmap execution across Global Markets initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies and industry best practices to support business innovation and platform modernisation.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Global Markets, Treasury, Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles, including FX, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, Equity Derivatives, Money Markets and Treasury products.
• Good knowledge of front-to-back processes spanning Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Settlement and Regulatory Reporting.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, solution design, functional specification and testing support.
• Experience delivering business, regulatory, digital transformation or platform implementation initiatives in a banking or financial markets environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technology teams.
• Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, analytical thinking and delivery focus.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and related delivery tools.
• Experience with Murex MX.3 and/or other Global Markets platforms will be a strong advantage.
