Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced General Marketing Manager/Director, Brand and Digital Content to join our team. If you have a strong sense of brand and have improved company’s reputation and is digital savvy, love creating high-quality, engaging content and drive business success with it, we want you on our team! 

As Digital Content Marketing leader, you are responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall company's digital content strategy for the management of the creation and production of online and offline marketing contents. You will be leading the contents efforts to increase web traffic, brand awareness and influence sales through the contents of marketing. Responsible for working the Global Content Hub to create "shareable" content, creating new contents and distributing content on the appropriate platforms and measuring the results of marketing activity.

As an experienced Brand Manager, you will shape a company’s outward image, build our brand and raise brand awareness and effectively creates the narrative of a brand. To do that, you’ll need to uncover industrial & customer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. Advise what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.

In this role, you will report to the Executive Director of Marketing, APAC and you will work closely with global marketing, in-country marketing, business partners, stakeholder to achieve the business objective and deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Digital and Content Management

  • Managing the company’s marketing contents, be responsible for transferring global content to regions, developing and implementing the overall digital content strategy based on company’s specific goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective content strategies that articulate the company, the brand, our core benefits properly and consistently
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content for marketing channels and ensure consistent messaging
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the development and communication of digital content strategy
  • Influence others and oversee alignment of strategy, best practices and processes
  • Plan and manage a wide range of digital content from SEO-optimized websites, email and marketing automation to paid and organic social media, blogs, videos, infographics and more—while always keeping the customer journey top of mind
  • Develop solutions to a variety of advanced complex projects with limited managerial oversight
  • Mine analytics data and develop strategies for content creation, optimizing digital, social channels and initiatives, increase engagement, influence sales and build brand awareness
  • Evaluate results and recommend new and incremental opportunities at the project and agency level
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality articles, graphics, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, videos, presentation content and more
  • Create and maintain a library of rich, relevant, engaging, and current contents
  • Build content calendar. Facilitate ongoing content planning, manage day-to-day content creation, and be prepared to report on the results of each content marketing initiative.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Define metrics, KPIs and Goals to measure the success and impact of our efforts across channels
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media analytics tools and etc.
  • Educate teams companywide on the full agency digital offering
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality articles, graphics, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, videos, presentation content and more

Brand Management

  • Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring
  • Develop brand strategies that resonate with the target audience or customers
  • Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision 
  • Attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience
  • You will be building the company’s brand and raise brand awareness
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead the creative development team in the right direction which aligns with the brand ethos
  • You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Work closely with the business, monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. Keeps an eye on the competition through competitive analysis
  • Lead brand campaigns by collaborating with teams across different verticals such as sales, marketing, creative, legal, and so on
  • Continuous analysis of the company’s brand positioning and consumer insights.

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 15 years functional experience
  • You’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns
  • Proven work experience as a Digital and Content marketing leader
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • A clear understanding of the B2B content journey 
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortability presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels, in-person and virtually
  • Experience planning digital marketing campaigns on multiple channels, such as email (Eloqua), Media Platform, Google, Social Media and more
  • Knowledge of best practices for content and digital marketing
  • General IT channel and/or tech market knowledge
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape, customer behavior, performance and predictive analytics
  • Ability to solve functional-area related issues and make a significant contribution to processes and systems
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Proficiency in Content Management Software
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Highly motivated self-starter attitude with a high degree of curiosity and drive to learn, grow and lead
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, such as Adobe, Google Analytics, social media analytics and more
