As a Guru you will be accountable for

• Providing strategic financial insights through in-depth analysis to guide decision-making.
• Building and maintaining financial models to support business projections and strategies.
• Delivering actionable recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business growth.
• Participating in strategic planning initiatives to optimize business performance.
• Monitoring market trends and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks.
• Conducting scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential outcomes.
• Identifying areas of improvement in financial processes and implementing solutions.
• Providing insights on cost optimization and efficiency measures to enhance profitability.
• Evaluating investment opportunities and conducting ROI analysis for strategic decisions.
• Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance.
• Supporting strategic initiatives through financial modelling and analysis.

We are looking for someone who

• Is experienced in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
• Has proficiency in financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis.
• Possess advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
