Job Description
Stakeholder Bridging & Governance
- Act as the central liaison between Group HR, consulting partner, Group Strategic Communications and Brand, and business project teams.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment of Talent & Culture initiatives with overall AI programme objectives.
- Manage matrix reporting and provide regular updates to both the Project Manager and Group HR lead.
Expert Advisory & Solution Review
- Provide subject matter expertise on Talent & Culture strategies for AI adoption.
- Review and validate data, insights, and solutions proposed by consulting partners to ensure relevance and feasibility.
- Guide business project teams in applying recommended solutions effectively within their respective areas.
Change Management Leadership
- Co-create change management strategies by leveraging consultant frameworks and internal best practices.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness checks in partnership with consultants and business stakeholders.
- Integrate change activities into the overall project plan, ensuring alignment with consultant-led delivery.
Communications Strategy
- Partner with Group Strategic Communications and Brand and consultants to design and deliver clear, engaging communication plans.
- Ensure messaging reflects both strategic priorities and business-specific needs.
- Drive transparency and consistency across all communication channels by coordinating internal and external resources.
Training & Skills Development
- Collaborate with consultants and internal learning teams to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions
- Implement training programs (digital learning, workshops) leveraging consultant expertise and internal platforms.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed new skills into talent frameworks for long-term sustainability.
