Job Description

Role Purpose

Supports the Change & Adoption Lead in designing, executing, and monitoring change interventions at programme and domain level, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of T&C plans across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute domain-level T&C plans aligned to delivery milestones, including communications, training, readiness, reinforcement and resistance management activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping, persona segmentation and change impact analysis to identify impacted groups, likely adoption barriers and required interventions.
  • Drive readiness tracking and adoption reporting, including utilisation, proficiency, issue closure and post-go-live reinforcement indicators.
  • Support change interventions, engagement sessions, sponsor updates and people-manager enablement activities.
  • Develop and maintain core change artefacts, including communication packs, training inputs, readiness trackers, resistance logs and adoption dashboards.
Key Deliverables
  • T&C execution plans with communications, training, readiness, reinforcement and resistance management actions
  • Stakeholder maps, persona views and change impact assessments
  • Readiness, adoption, utilisation and proficiency reports
  • Change artefacts and materials, including communication packs, workshop materials, training inputs and manager enablement toolkits
Success Metrics
  • Quality and timeliness of execution against agreed change, readiness and reinforcement plans
  • Accuracy of insights and analysis across stakeholder impacts, readiness gaps, adoption risks and resistance themes
  • Effectiveness of interventions, evidenced through improved readiness, issue closure, engagement quality and adoption movement
  • Stakeholder and people-manager engagement levels, including participation in briefings, feedback loops and reinforcement activities
Candidate Profile
  • Change, transformation, HR, communications or project execution specialist with typically 4–7 years of hands-on experience supporting programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, readiness tracking and adoption reporting.
  • Practical exposure to structured change management activities, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, training coordination, resistance tracking and reinforcement support.
  • Comfortable working across business and technology teams, translating programme milestones into practical change activities, engagement materials and trackable execution plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organisational psychology, communications, technology, project management or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, coordination and documentation skills, with the ability to structure information clearly, maintain high-quality artefacts and surface risks, issues and adoption insights in a timely manner.
Good to Haves
  • Certification or formal training in Prosci, ADKAR, change management, agile delivery, project management, design thinking, data analytics, communications or digital adoption.
  • Experience creating stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, readiness trackers, resistance logs, adoption reports, workshop materials, communication packs or manager toolkits in a structured programme environment.
  • Exposure to AI, GenAI, automation, HR transformation or technology adoption initiatives, particularly within financial services or another regulated industry.
