Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy & Planning
  • Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption across business units.
  • Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for AI projects.
• Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure timely delivery of AI/GenAI solutions within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Change Management & Adoption
  • Drive organizational readiness for AI/GenAI adoption through training and communication.
  • Measure and report on program success metrics and business impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
  • >10 years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI technologies, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI tools.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
