We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst – Product BU to join our team in Pandan Avenue & Tuas South, Singapore. This will be following Onsite with flexibility work model.
Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepares analyses and reports for department managers.
- Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
- Supports month end close. Prepares and consolidates financial data.
- Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
- Executes special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- Experience:
- Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
- Over 7 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast), driving financial accuracy and performance improvement.
- Strong expertise in GST compliance, including clear distinction between Disbursement vs Reimbursement and their tax applicability.
- Skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR) management, consistently achieving KPI of <2% monthly AR past due through proactive coordination with Sales, Marketing, and CBS AR teams.
- Experienced in ARM Reconciliation, CAC Forms, and Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Key contributor to month-end closing processes for SPDC, delivering timely and precise financial results.
- Proven ability to liaise with customers and expedite Key Customers Export CM Refunds, with strong customer-facing presence for issue resolution.
- Effective business partner to SPDC Product BU, COMS, Materials, CBS AR, and Marketing personnel, leveraging site presence for real-time collaboration and decision-making.
- Flexible in supporting ad hoc financial and operational tasks, demonstrating adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.
- No cross-border support will be provided.
