A member of BEUMER Group, located in Singapore BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is strategically located at the Singapore Changi International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

Job Description

This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the BEUMER Group subsidiary company, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

 

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Project Control: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders.
  • Audit Coordination: Work with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Implement financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and project control
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
  • Preferably chartered accountant with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
