Support Project and Technical Project Managers by maintaining document control, submittal flow, SharePoint/project portal administration, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project administrative coordination to ensure documents, open items, approvals, and deadlines are traceable and ready for closure or escalation.

Coordinate projects and strategy execution, prepare executive analyses and presentations, facilitate cross-functional communication, and organise executive events and workshops for the Singapore entity.

Oversee project financials by setting up progress reports, monitoring material and labor costs, reviewing procurement and cash flow, verifying project risk calculations, coordinating regular finance and forecast meetings, and supporting invoicing and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
