Provides site-based support for baggage handling system networks, monitoring switches, firewalls, redundant rings, servers, PLCs, and airport interfaces. Diagnoses incidents using logs, CLI, Wireshark, and NMAP; executes approved changes; applies patches; maintains network segregation, documentation, and asset records. Supports operations, hardware rollouts, migrations, testing, commissioning, vulnerability remediation, and root cause analysis. Requires shift, standby, after-hours, airside, and emergency site travel support.

Provides site-based technical support for baggage-handling system control layers and IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backups, failover, and cybersecurity remediation. Diagnoses incidents, implements approved patches and upgrades, supports deployments and acceptance testing, analyzes logs, maintains configurations and procedures, prepares reports, and trains customer operators. Requires travel between sites, airside access, and compliance with operational, cybersecurity, and access-control procedures.

Deliver automation computer-control software for airport and logistics projects. Responsibilities include software design, development, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and onsite project support. The role involves Java, .NET, C#, databases, network communications, object-oriented analysis and design, and Agile development, with overseas travel for project implementation.

Supports the Project Director in delivering complex industrial automation projects. Leads technical integration and project-management scopes across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, procurement, changes, interfaces, customer requirements, reporting, and recovery actions. Coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders and vendors, governs design reviews and testing milestones, maintains contractual documentation, and coaches junior project personnel.

The Technical Officer monitors and ensures airport baggage systems operate correctly, responds to faults, oversees technicians, and assists management with data analysis.

Supervise installation, alignment, quality, documentation, safety, and closeout of conveyor and automated material-handling systems. Coordinate installation crews, contractors, customers, and engineers; monitor daily site progress; resolve installation issues; ensure equipment is assembled according to engineering plans; manage punch-list completion; and provide regular progress reports. The role requires extensive site experience with conveyor, baggage-handling, sortation, or logistics automation systems and travel across Asia, with occasional international travel.
