Support Project and Technical Project Managers by maintaining document control, submittal flow, SharePoint/project portal administration, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project administrative coordination to ensure documents, open items, approvals, and deadlines are traceable and ready for closure or escalation.

The Technical Officer monitors and ensures airport baggage systems operate correctly, responds to faults, oversees technicians, and assists management with data analysis.

Supervise installation, alignment, quality, documentation, safety, and closeout of conveyor and automated material-handling systems. Coordinate installation crews, contractors, customers, and engineers; monitor daily site progress; resolve installation issues; ensure equipment is assembled according to engineering plans; manage punch-list completion; and provide regular progress reports. The role requires extensive site experience with conveyor, baggage-handling, sortation, or logistics automation systems and travel across Asia, with occasional international travel.
