Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential communications. Coordinate projects and strategy execution, prepare executive analyses and presentations, facilitate cross-functional communication, and organise executive events and workshops for the Singapore entity.

Support Project and Technical Project Managers by maintaining document control, submittal flow, project portal hygiene, meeting minutes, action trackers, and general project administrative coordination. Ensure version control, timely follow-up, file organization, SharePoint administration, and escalation of aging or blocked items to keep projects traceable and ready for closure.

Oversee project financials by setting up progress reports, monitoring material and labor costs, reviewing procurement and cash flow, verifying project risk calculations, coordinating regular finance and forecast meetings, and supporting invoicing and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
