We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to handle financial reporting, regulatory compliance and accounting operations for our Group entities. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience in audit and regulatory reporting, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the full financial reporting cycle, regulatory filings with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and improving finance processes.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage full set of accounts and financial closing processes, prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
  • Oversee monthly and yearly financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries, including consolidation where required.
  • Collaborate with external accounting service providers and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • Support GST reporting and other statutory filings in Singapore.
  • Serve as the key liaison on treasury matters, including cashflow monitoring, funds allocation, bank account and fixed deposits maintenance, investment and periodic reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries to ensure timely completion of statutory requirements and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support to streamline finance processes, finance system enhancements, internal controls and enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as manager ideally in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
  • A few years statutory audit experience will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting controls.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting in a financial service environment is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial instruments, MAS reporting is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving fintech environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
