Job Description

Join Our Team!
We are seeking a Finance Manager to support our Corporate Accounting Team in managing the General Ledger function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records in line with corporate policies.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly General Ledger closing activities, including:
    • Revaluation, accruals, intercompany reconciliation
    • OneStream reporting and appendices
    • Balance sheet and bank reconciliation
    • IFRS adjustments and preparation of management reports
  • Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and respond to audit queries.
  • Handle tax matters including corporate tax, GST, VAT, withholding tax, and ensure timely filings.
  • Support payroll bookkeeping and related audit schedules.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers to meet compliance requirements.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Strong expertise in corporate accounting, statutory audit, and corporate taxation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sun ERP; knowledge of OneStream/Kyriba is an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
