Finance Executive
Job description
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in Singapore. This role is essential in managing the accounts payable function, processing payments, supporting monthly financial closing, booking monthly expenses, and assisting in budgeting and planning activities.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree / diploma in accounting, finance, or related field is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in payment and budgeting.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, ISCA) are a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international financial accounting standards.
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and timely payment processing.
- Payment Processing: Handle daily and scheduled payment runs, maintain accurate payment records in general ledger, and liaise with banks and vendors to resolve payment issues.
- Budgeting & Planning: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights to support strategic financial planning.
- Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing finance team by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and maintaining open communication.
- Finance Functions: Support broader finance functions on a day-to-day basis, including reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. Gain operational insight through hands-on involvement in financial processes, helping to strengthen understanding of business workflows and drive continuous improvement.
- Other Tasks / Initiatives: Undertake additional finance-related duties and support new initiatives as assigned, including audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
