This role will report to Distribution Compensation Operations Lead to support distribution channels of PACS’ end to end process in ensuring compensation reports and payouts are accurate and timely while ensuring all financial operations are in-compliance. The role is expected to able to lead change and sub-stream of Company’s evolution into digital space where being passionate about business and data analytics is a must.

Job Profile Summary:

Job Description:

  • Manage the reviews/validation of various distribution report eg production tracking reports etc.
  • Manage end to end activities to ensure validations are according to business rule, timely and accurately.
  • Drive to understand the business requirements from business case/request and visualisations of business data. Analyse data to identify patterns and draw insights to support business decisions
  • Contribute on analytical insight into the business process by coordinating different functions and/or stakeholders
  • Propose solution and support the development of processing models and present the explainable outcomes to support the organisation’s operations and execution of key distribution compensation strategies.
  • Trouble shooting and provide interim solutions for business continuity
  • Assessment of new and existing process for enhancement to enable consistent and comprehensive data aggregation/reporting/processing
  • Finance Operations lead/representative for system or tools that support compensation eg new system, system migration, database migration, data structure change etc.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Good business sense with competency to understand and balance between business objective, process efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timeline
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritise/manage multiple tasks.
  • Enjoy interaction and collaborate with people from various backgrounds, mindsets and cultures
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Courage to make judgement call, if required
  • Willing to listen to multiple stakeholders and forge consensus on win-win solutions to meet sound data governance and management principles Strong interpersonal /communication skills

Working Experience         

  • 4+ years in data analytics, business Analysis and finance operations preferably in financial/Insurance industry in Singapore
  • Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools

Education

  • Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic
