Review liability and assess recovery for motor accidents, pursue recovery actions, reporting, handle queries, and manage ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Review the liability and assess the potential recovery for all motor accident settlement
- Pursue all recovery action, including repudiated cases and BOLA
- Work closely with other insurers, sale agents, intermediary, collection agencies, lawyers to ensure that claims recovery is on track
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on claims recovery status
- Handle queries from insured/debtor etc pertaining to recovery matters
- Handle any ad-hoc projects, duties as assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Possess a GCE “O” level/Diploma holder or equivalent
- Possess BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in the motor insurance industry
- Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to put in extra hours where necessary
- Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Team Player and self-motivated
