[What the role is]

The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division under the Economic Development Board (EDB) and focuses on building a strong ecosystem of overseas family, friends and fans of Singapore. This includes growing a network of individuals whose skills, affinity and influence could strengthen Singapore’s business and talent ecosystem, along with enhancing international mindshare of Singapore as a vibrant global hub in Asia.
The Design, Capacity and Culture team is responsible for people-centred experience and service design, workplace experience, funding programme operations and back-office functions.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the DCC team, supporting functions that include but not limited to:

  • Assist with staff engagement and culture building initiatives, internal communications, change management and organisational development matters

  • Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines

  • Provide support for other back-office functions where required such as procurement, event administration, secretariat support for meetings and data entry/processing

[What we are looking for]

  • At least a diploma in any discipline with one to three years of working experience.

  • Must be comfortable working with/learning how to use digital tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Singaporean.
