Job Description:

Purpose 

The Executive Assistant to Singapore Branch CEO provides administrative support to the CEO of the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada, Singapore Branch, while also managing travel arrangements for EXCO members and other designated staff. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the Singapore Branch CEO 

  • Manage CEO's calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements 

  • Coordinate and arrange travel for EXCO members and other assigned staff 

  • Assist with expense management and e-signatures for leadership team 

  • Provide administrative support for the CEO in organizing EXCO meetings, maintaining records and note taking, deploying AI as necessary 

  • Support the CEO in both business and personal matters as needed 

  • Coordinate with global and regional teams on various initiatives 

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for high-profile meetings 

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion 

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO 

  • Provide cover for EAs as necessary in Singapore 

 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field 

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services 

- Strong organizational and time management skills 

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software 

- Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially 

- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required 

- Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa processes
