Job Description Summary:

Join the Coca-Cola Company, a global leader in the beverage industry, as we seek an Executive Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally at all levels within the company, connecting with others and contributing to our fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Scheduling and managing executive calendars, prioritizing, and resolving related conflicts, and proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals.
  • Organizing and coordinating travel and related requirements, ensuring all arrangements are compliant with the Company’s Travel Policy.
  • Providing support in arranging meetings, handling logistics, and providing hospitality for Senior Management or guests of the department.
  • Performing general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
  • Owning and coordinating the function’s budgeting, procurement, vendor management and internal Finance administrative processes in partnership with Finance and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the excellent reputation of The Coca-Cola Company through professional, friendly, and respectful interactions internally and externally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School diploma and some college preferred in Business, Communications, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-level support role.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace how Artificial Intelligence (AI such as Microsoft Co-pilot) it could enable the team
  • Proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
  • Experience in coordinating projects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management.
  • Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment.
  • Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
