Develop and commercialize tea-based beverage formulations from concept through pilot and commercial trials. Conduct sensory, analytical, stability, and shelf-life testing; interpret results; and recommend improvements. Analyze competitor products and consumer insights, maintain formula records, and collaborate with global and regional teams across marketing, supply chain, packaging, quality, and commercialization. Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, lab safety, and audit readiness while supporting innovation projects and technical problem-solving.

Lead and sustain process quality and GMP compliance at a beverage concentrate plant: validate equipment and processes, conduct risk assessments, train associates, manage packaging qualification, support corrective actions, maintain quality management systems and documentation, and ensure regulatory and ISO/KORE alignment.

Develop and manage consensus demand plans across operating units, bottlers, supply chain teams, and manufacturing plants. Validate demand data, maintain planning master data, create forecasts and scenarios, analyze demand drivers, and support S&OP processes. Provide reporting, KPI analysis, and recommendations for inventory and volume decisions. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, improve forecast accuracy, and identify process automation opportunities using ERP, Power BI, and Power Automate tools.

Supports plant finance through OPEX reporting, forecasting, inventory exposure analysis, physical inventory counts, management P&Ls, capital reporting, variance analysis, controls, compliance, and process improvement. Partners with shared services and operating units by providing sales and COGS insights. The role also contributes to accounting systems improvements and special projects while managing multiple priorities and communicating with stakeholders.

Manage and maintain the plant’s Integrated Management System and Document Control Centre. Responsibilities include controlling documents and records, supporting internal, external, and supplier audits, maintaining CAPA and training databases, coordinating management reviews, tracking corrective actions, and supporting change management processes. The role also provides documentation-control training and ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, food-safety, laboratory, Halal, and corporate standards.

Manages cross-functional projects for new, reformulated, and modified product launches. Coordinates manufacturing, quality, procurement, planning, finance, customs, regulatory affairs, business units, and R&D to ensure products launch on schedule. Responsibilities include managing formulas, bills of materials, labels, costs, approvals, supply readiness, capacity, inventory depletion, and financial exposure. The role also maintains project documentation and secures required formula governance and country-of-sale approvals.

Lead and execute CAPEX, equipment installations, commissioning, qualification and process improvement projects for a beverage concentrate manufacturing plant. Troubleshoot manufacturing systems, implement SPC and continuous improvement, support cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain plant facilities to drive efficiency and productivity.

Lead and deliver core talent programs including acquisition, career development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership assessments. Partner with HR, business leaders and COEs to define strategy, gather requirements, manage projects, improve HR processes, and drive data-led enhancements to employee experience.
