THE JOB

We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, thrives in high-energy environments, and has experience supporting client activations, live events, and sponsorship programs.


THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Manage ticketing, guest lists, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations.
  • Support internal teams in ensuring seamless client activations.
  • Help maintain budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and event setup for speakers, talent, and guests.
  • Assist with event wrap-up, reporting, and post-event analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to streamline event execution.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, event management, or experiential marketing.
  • Background in executing corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale entertainment events.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Understanding of logistics, production, and venue management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed.
