The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

​eQuality is KLA’s Global Manufacturing Execution (MES) and Quality Management (QMS) System supporting Design, Operations, Install, and Service.  eQuality defines and controls processes from supplier through installation, and transitions beyond the boundaries of a traditional MES by being highly integrated with existing KLA enterprise systems.

• Drives program success by successfully managing and executing to roadmap projects.
• Develops strong relationships with all KLA product divisions, factories, install and services stakeholders.  Works closely with these business stakeholders to understand and support their needs.
• Lead and execute projects by working closely with IT to develop key features and capabilities, and to resolve any bugs.
• Fully understands KLA’s Product Lifecycle (PLC) process to ensure quality of new capabilities or enhancements meet KLA’s high standards.
• Enable and setup eQuality including all supported processes for new M&As.
• Ensure business operations’ eQuality needs are supported.

Minimum Qualifications

• PHD/.Master's/Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years' of related work experience.
• Must be able to work cross functionally and across time zones with global stakeholders and functions.
• Effective problem solving independently, and with High Performing Teams.
• Ability to understand KLA design, manufacturing, install, and service processes.
• Ability to learn KLA enterprise systems and databases to support eQuality requirements.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, and project management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Knowledge and understanding of eQuality or Rockwell Automation’s Factory Talk Production Centre a plus.
