Introduction

To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements/

Your Role

  • To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements

  • To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes

  • To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.

  •  To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements

  • Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development

  • To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage.

  • Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.

  • 1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage.

  • Process Flow/Runsheet Integration

  • ET & Data Analysis and issue debugging

  • Understanding SPC and FA techniques

  • Strong Problem Solving Skills

  • Strong yield analysis and correlation skills.

  • Experiences in process integration will be an advantage. 

  • Experience in device development or new technology introduction and certification will be an advantage.
