Your Job

  • Design, development and characterization of CMOS, passive and HBT devices to meet performance and reliability requirements

  • Design of device test structures and detailed characterization of devices 

  • Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results 

  • Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models 

  • Detailed analysis of electrical test data and characterization results

Requirements

  • Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or equivalent

  • Wafer Fab FEOL process integration experience

  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a must

  • Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply

  • Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition

  • Excellent analytical and optimization skills

  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
