Your Job
Design, development and characterization of CMOS, passive and HBT devices to meet performance and reliability requirements
Design of device test structures and detailed characterization of devices
Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results
Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models
Detailed analysis of electrical test data and characterization results
Requirements
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or equivalent
Wafer Fab FEOL process integration experience
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a must
Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
Excellent analytical and optimization skills
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
