Responsibilities and Task

• Production Planning Optimization: Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex production planning problems (e.g., resource allocation, capacity planning) into AI/ML and Agentic solutions.
• Agentic AI Development:
  • Design and implement multi-agent systems for Assembly and Test Planning and Operation.
  • Build agent orchestration frameworks that coordinate multiple specialized agents (planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control).
  • Implement tool-using capabilities, function calling, and agent memory systems.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging and observability for agentic systems.
• RAG-LLM Development
  • Identify potential data sources for RAG implementation.
  • Develop advanced retrieval strategies including hybrid search, re-ranking, and contextual compression.
• Productionalization & Engineering
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests for all code components.
  • Implement guardrails, hallucination detection, and output validation.
  • Optimize system performance, latency, token and cost efficiency.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists, driving best practices in code quality, system architecture and applied AI research.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education/Experience:
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related highly quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science. Proven track record in data science methodologies, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience in Generative AI/LLM projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of LLM, Agents, Machine Learning and Statistical Techniques.
  • Familiarity with building streamlit, dashboards, and API.
  • Project experience in AGILE, Software Development Lifecycle, JIRA, Change management, Release management and Configuration Management.
• Technologies:
  • Google Cloud Platform, Git, Bitbucket.
  • Data visualization tools (Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI, etc..)
  • Docker, Containerization, Kubernetes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level management.
  • Strong problem solving skills with structured and logic approaches.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years focused on Generative AI, or LLM applications. Prior experience in building agentic system is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and planning processes and systems (e.g., MES, SAP), with experience in resource optimization or line management considered an advantage.
