Why Join

As key member of Global Wholesale Banking – Division Employee Experience team, you will be responsible to drive the strategies for employee experience pillars of Recognising and Developing; manage communication strategy and build content through amplification of employees’ achievements and impact to the business and community; support manager enablement through data analysis of learning trends of employees.

What you do

1) Strategise, build and drive employee experience framework and programs to manage communications and engagement, with a focus on employee recognition and professional development.

2) Drive employee recognition through internal and external awards programmes and own communications plan to amplify awardees’ contributions and achievements.

3) Drive initiatives and oversight of employee development and learning through data analysis to support people managers’ enablement as well as sharpen learning focus for employees.

4) Lead and develop creative and effective internal communications strategies with clear narratives to amplify employees’ contributions and achievements.

5) Strategise, develop and drive employee engagement activities, for Singapore and Overseas Offices.

6) Manage and oversee the internal communications channels and content delivery such as email broadcasts, videos.

7) Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in Singapore and Overseas Offices.

8) Be an advocate and proponent of positive employee experience and drive employee engagement.

Who you are

  • A passionate, outgoing and enthusiastic individual who seeks to deliver superior work-life experience for fellow colleagues; comfortable with public speaking in small or large group settings.

  • Possesses an affable personality, interact with stakeholders with ease and a strong team player and also fastidious and detail oriented

  • Employee communications experience within a financial institution or multi-national company essential.

  • Excellent writing skill is a must, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative.

  • Experience in data analysis and dashboarding to derive insights from employees’ survey and internal data sources would be advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 8 years of public relations or communications or marketing experience.

  • Proficiency in Sharepoint and design tools/applications is essential.
