The Opportunity
This role supports the in-housing of digital marketing execution for Consumer Healthcare brands, while working closely with appointed digital agencies. The Digital Marketing Executive will take ownership of day-to-day digital operations, campaign coordination, and performance tracking—helping to improve turnaround time, execution control, and campaign effectiveness, while maintaining strong agency collaboration.
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators
Responsibilities:
In-house Digital Execution
• Manage day-to-day digital execution in-house, including content posting, campaign uploads, updates, and performance tracking.
• Support faster turnaround of digital campaigns by reducing reliance on agencies for routine execution
• Maintain content calendars, asset trackers, and execution workflows.
Agency Coordination
• Act as the key liaison with digital and media agencies.
• Prepare clear briefs, consolidate feedback, and track deliverables against timelines
• Support campaign reviews by collating results, insights, and learnings.
Digital Campaign & Brand Support
• Support execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across social, paid media, website, and e-commerce channels
• Ensure digital content complies with internal brand, medical, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate approval processes and ensure version control across assets.
Social Media & Content Management
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement
• Support basic content adaptation (captions, resizing, platform-specific formats); ability to create simple social media posts is a plus
• Support influencer management activities, including coordination, briefing, content tracking, and reporting.
• Live streaming experience or ability to support live streaming activities (e.g. campaign livestreams, platform coordination) is a plus
Website & E-commerce Support
• Manage routine website and product page updates (campaign banners, product information, FAQs).
• Provide required marketing assets and content to support internal e-commerce uploads, listings, and promotions, and work cross-functionally to ensure readiness for launches and activations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (consumer brands, FMCG, healthcare, or agency background preferred)
• Comfortable working in-house while collaborating closely with agencies
• Hands-on exposure to social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), paid media tools (Meta / Google), and performance reporting.
• Basic video editing experience (e.g. short-form social or campaign videos) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working within structured approval processes
• Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
