[What the role is]

About Singapore Global Network
Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division under EDB that builds and nurtures a 300,000-strong community of changemakers, professionals and friends across 175 countries. Born out of a desire to build meaningful relationships across borders, SGN exists to connect people to opportunities that Singapore and its network of members have to offer, while strengthening Singapore’s position as the ideal place to work, live and play.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of SGN’s Brand & Content team, supporting the design and production of visual assets across SGN’s brand, content, social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visuals. While your core focus will be graphic design, you will also support the team in maintaining brand assets, uploading articles, and assisting with other operational tasks that help keep SGN’s content and brand work running smoothly.

You will work closely with the rest of the Brand & Content team to bring campaigns, stories, and digital content to life across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design visual assets for SGN’s social media channels, website, articles, campaigns, EDMs, presentations, and other marketing materials.

  • Adapt key visuals and campaign assets into different formats and sizes across digital platforms.

  • Support the creation of social media graphics, carousels, article thumbnails, web banners, event collaterals, and presentation decks.

  • Ensure all creative outputs are visually polished, audience-appropriate, and aligned with SGN’s brand guidelines.

  • Assist with simple image editing, layout adjustments, and visual clean-up where required.

Brand Asset Management

  • Support the organisation and maintenance of SGN’s brand assets, design files, image libraries, templates, and working folders.

  • Help ensure that internal teams and external partners use the latest approved logos, templates, fonts, and visual guidelines.

  • Maintain and update simple design templates for recurring content needs.

  • Ensure design files are properly named, organised, and easy for the wider team to access and use.

Website & Content Publishing Support

  • Assist with uploading and formatting articles on SGN’s website or content management system.

  • Prepare and resize images and graphics for web upload.

  • Conduct basic checks on article formatting, links, images, and page layouts before publication.

  • Support updates to landing pages, campaign pages, and content pages where required.

Brand, Campaign & Team Support

  • Provide design and operational support for SGN’s brand and marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with content creators, marketers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time.

  • Support the team in tracking design requests, managing timelines, and coordinating simple production tasks.

  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to brand, content, and social media initiatives when required.

  • Assist with other administrative or coordination tasks related to brand, content, and campaign work.

[What we are looking for]

We’re looking for a creative professional who has strong design fundamentals, good attention to detail, and is comfortable supporting both creative and operational work as part of a lean team.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 1–4 years of experience, or equivalent internships/projects, in graphic design, visual communication, digital design, branding, or content marketing.

  • Have a portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar.

  • Have experience designing for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, or marketing collaterals.

  • Are comfortable working with brand guidelines and adapting designs across different formats and platforms.

  • Are meticulous and organised, especially when managing files, templates, image assets, and publishing tasks.

  • Are comfortable supporting operational tasks such as uploading articles, formatting content, checking links, and maintaining asset folders.

  • Enjoy collaborating with content, brand, and marketing teammates, and are open to supporting work beyond pure design execution.

  • Are dependable, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks across projects with guidance.

  • Are curious, adaptable, and keen to grow as a creative professional within a brand and content team.

  • Value teamwork, clear communication, and shared ownership of outcomes.

  • Are a Singapore Citizen.

Good to Have

  • Basic familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.

  • Basic video editing, motion graphics, animation, or photography skills.

  • Experience supporting brand campaigns, content marketing, or social media production.

  • Interest in storytelling, community-building, and Singapore’s global talent narrative.
