Role Summary:
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing order forms, supporting sales, and ensuring efficient booking processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining internal policies, assisting with projects, and driving strategic initiatives.
What you will do:
- Review and process order forms, ensuring SLAs are met while maintaining and updating internal Deal Desk policies and guides.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Ops and Finance, addressing deal-related queries, bookings, and process improvements.
- Provide sales training on quoting, pricing, and process requirements while collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance.
Experience we’re eager to see:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in sales support, finance, deal desk functions, or contract management.
- Legal operations or contract management experience would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for process improvement.
