Position Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

Seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and assist customers with inquiries and technical issues on using the Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve tickets in a quick and accurate manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Support Representative or closely related roles.
  • Experience in the cryto Industry or similar exposure
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in using Zendesk or similar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
