What you'll do

  • Providing WhatsApp and call support to clients in a timely manner
  • Assisting clients on their delivery orders
  • Monitoring the delivery orders for our clients
  • Resolve delivery issues faced by customer

What you'll need

  • Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
  • Self-starter and responsible
  • Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
  • 2 Weekend shifts - either morning (10am - 6pm) or afternoon (5pm - 10pm)
  • Available for additional shifts during festive & public holiday periods, when required
  • Must have spare phone; Company laptop and SIM card will be issued
