About This Opportunity
Great programs don't just get delivered - they get led. And that's exactly what we need from you.
As a Program Manager at Ericsson, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer projects running in parallel - orchestrating multiple workstreams, leading a team of Project Managers, and turning complex commitments into outcomes that build customers into long-term partners. You won't just manage one project; you'll set the direction across many, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality stay in balance across the entire program.
This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability at scale, leads other leaders with confidence, and understands that behind every successful program is someone who refused to let the details slip - across every project, every team, every milestone.
What You'll Do
Own the program, end to end.Take charge of the overarching program spanning multiple projects and Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), driving delivery that meets both Ericsson's high standards and our customers' expectations.
Lead the leaders. Guide, support, and align a team of Project Managers - setting direction, removing blockers, resolving cross-project dependencies, and building a culture of accountability across the program.
Set the foundation for success. Guarantee alignment between contract and delivery through pre-sales CFR, then build a robust program plan and governance structure that earns approval and sets every team up to win.
Steer from the top. Drive the program from kickoff to completion - making sharp decisions, balancing competing priorities across projects, and keeping every workstream moving toward a common goal.
Build trusted relationships. Cultivate strong connections with customers, senior stakeholders, and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned through every phase of program execution.
Own the numbers across the portfolio. Manage financial performance at program level to deliver against target Unadjusted Margin - consolidating across projects and ensuring commercial discipline throughout.
Deliver with integrity. Keep the program within scope, budget, and timeline while upholding every legal, ethical, environmental, and E+OHS standard. In a connected world, you'll treat data security and privacy as non-negotiable.
Keep it accurate. Oversee data integrity across all projects to enable responsible, timely, and transparent program reporting.
