This is a 9 months maternity cover role, and is an office-based role in our Singapore office.

This role is expected to start in June 2026.

About Disney Cruise Line

Since launching in 1998, Disney Cruise Line has established itself as a leader in the cruise industry, providing a setting where families can reconnect, adults can recharge and children can experience all Disney has to offer. Today, the award-winning Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its blueprint for family cruising with a fleet of six ships — the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and Disney Treasure — and seven more ships on the way, including the expanded relationship with Oriental Land Company Ltd. to bring Disney cruise vacations to Japan, by 2031. The Disney Cruise Line fleet sails to destinations in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, the South Pacific, and Australia and New Zealand. About the Role

The Creative Manager, Producer (Digital & Social) role will be a key position, partnering hand in hand with Senior Creative Manager with functional reporting line to Senior Media & Digital Manager for Disney Adventure in Southeast Asia. You will deliver creative excellence to bring this dynamic ship to life for the consumer in Southeast Asia. You have a keen understanding of omni-channel creative and a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns. You thrive on producing the greatest creative work across all tactics. You will be a crucial part of supporting the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship Disney Adventure sailing in Singapore.

 Responsibilities:

Performing the role with excellence includes having exemplary creative skills, strong craft to drive omni-channel engagement, ability to articulate a creative vision, ability to drive forward momentum ensuring best in class creative delivered on time and in budget, strong cultural understanding, on the pulse of pop culture, keen understanding of media and social platforms and consumer engagement, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to navigate a complex launch on an accelerated timeline.

  • Partner with Creative, Media & Digital, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing & Sales teams to deliver best-in-class creative assets for market and sales tactical engagement with a focus on social, digital and media needs.
  • Strong creative vision, voice, and storytelling able to convey and convince creative approach supported by consumer insight and business impact.
  • Deliver world-class creative assets with strong craft and storytelling ability.
  • Ensure optimal production support to deliver best-in-class creative in market reflective of Disney standards and on brand for Disney Cruise Line.
  • Manage daily workflow of creative deliverables across workstreams to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
  • Establish the brand proposition of Disney Cruise line for SEA, not short of creative proposition, style guides, design approach, creative assets to drive consistency of voice across all channels hand in hand with agency team.
  • Provide clear feedback to external production agencies and creative collaborators, and review marketing materials and content for release to franchise stakeholders for final approval and asset delivery.
  • Liaise with internal Disney stakeholders and global creative partners for best practice sharing and brand guidance.
  • Provide creative support during media productions, content shoots, KOL engagements, partnerships, tradeshow and campaign activations
  • Manage assets and information flow between Disney teams, creative partners and external agencies.

Requirements - Experiences:

  • 5 or more years of experiences in extensive design, graphic design and/or media (video edits, run productions, video shoots, photography shoots)
  • Ideally have a creative background in advertising agency or home entertainment company
  • Strong creative and design marketing portfolio
  • Proficiency in industry-standard programs and software (Macintosh hardware and OS software, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After effects, etc. and other creative development software and associated file formats)
  • Experience working with multimedia storytelling preferred
  • Knowledge or interest in Digital and Media Marketing is a plus

Requirements - Skills:

  • Develop creative and innovative ideas and execute them in graphic, video, and copy formats across multiple platforms.
  • Apply exceptional creative vision and deliver omni-channel engagement with excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the digital space, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, to deliver creative assets.
  • Maintain an exceptional eye for detail and passion for the Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel portfolio.
  • Possess broad design skill sets and knowledge of trends, branding communications, and digital content creation.
  • Exhibit excellent hands-on creative skills across copywriting, art direction, and production.
  • Show strong project management and analytical skills, meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects with flexibility, leading both high-visibility and smaller initiatives with equal enthusiasm.
  • Communicate clearly and rally teams around objectives, articulating expectations effectively.
  • Strong network of freelance producers and vendor partners to call upon as needed.
  • Adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively contributing ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrate maturity and trustworthiness when handling confidential materials.
  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, graphics, visual arts/communication, advertising, animation/motion graphics, or any design-related field
