  • Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Legal, and Country Leadership teams to ensure aligned and compliant PV practices.
  • Provide oversight of Export Market PV activities managed by Singapore, ensuring partner markets meet PV agreements and compliance standards.
About You
  • Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, including regulatory authority interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of national and international PV regulations, safety data management, and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in signal detection, risk assessment, and benefit–risk evaluation across the product life cycle.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage partners and regulators.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced degree in a healthcare discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MPH, Master of Science, Veterinary Doctor) or equivalent qualification. An MBA is a plus.

  • Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.
  • Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.
  • Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave.
