Customer Outreach
Proactively contact end-users from large client accounts, focusing first on inactive or low-activity sites, to understand their purchasing behavior, needs, or challenges.
Insight Collection
Gather and summarize feedback from these users to help KAMs identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic discussions with procurement stakeholders
Campaign Support
Assist in communicating key promotions, product launches, or platform updates to users when required.
Account Structuring
Help the KAMs improve visibility and structure across accounts by updating contact databases and enriching client profiles
Competitive Watch
Support ongoing market intelligence efforts by tracking competitor offers, promotions relevant to key accounts. Summarize and share findings with the sales and marketing teams to support positioning and pitch preparation
Data Projects
Depending on timing, you may also support additional projects within the SMB team focused on data cleaning and enrichment to improve prospect targeting
Qualifications
- Tertiary or Ungraduate Students in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and using Excel, Powerpoint or CRM tools (training provided)
- Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
- Good written & spoken English skills, other languages are a plus
- Ideally some level of past working exposure but not a requirement
