Purpose of the position:
The Corporate Administration Executive supports office operations. Reporting to the Corporate Administration Manager, you’ll assist at the front desk, manage access control and external services, and provide administrative support to Facilities Management and Finance. You’ll handle office procurement, inventory, decorations, and wellness activities. This role welcomes candidates with strong execution skills or those looking to grow into a larger administration function.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate internal cleaning staff and external cleaning vendors to maintain a clean and orderly office; monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies.
- Support the front desk duties and serve as backup receptionist when needed.
- Manage and monitor staff access cards, including issuance and access records; support office security by overseeing CCTV and card reader systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management and Finance teams.
- Organize festival decorations, process related orders, and support employee wellness programs.
- Manage office supplies procurement, maintain inventory, and payment handling.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in large corporations or multinational companies.
- Secondary education (Form 7) or above.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to succeed.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in G Suite, MS Office, and Chinese word processing.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
- Immediate availability preferred.
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
