Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion HKBU Finance excellence strategy and implementation plan aligned with Takeda China business strategy
- Provide strategic financial decision support, insights and recommendations to HKBU LT on critical business cases to seize new business opportunities (e.g. Great Bay Area)
- Lead annual financial planning cycle (MRP, MYC, LBE, LRF) to drive HKBU revenue and profit growth objective
- Review profit and risk reports on a regular basis and release financial early warning information to management in a timely manner with mitigation plans
- Lead and coordinate HKBU monthly DSOP process, work with distributors on billing, shipment, pricing, FOC, goods return, cash collection and inventory management
- Enhance operational effectiveness and ROI enabled by business innovation and DD&T
- Liaise with E&C to early detect potential compliance issues with mitigation recommendations
- Coach and develop team members with quality conversations and career planning
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above majored in accounting or finance
- 10+ years' work experiences in FP&A, Accounting & Controlling, or other relevant finance areas
- Familiar with finance & accounting laws and regulations and taxation policies and implementation rules
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Result oriented and willingness to take initiatives to challenge the status-quo and optimize
- Strong analytical skills to drive a wide range of analysis, both independently and with team work
- Intellectual capacity to drive solutions within the constraints of complex business environment and processes
- Ability to navigate through cross-team dynamics and drive influences and impacts via efficient communication channels
- Demonstrates strategic enterprise thinking, finding innovative ways to serve patients, and build trust, reputation and business
