We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to support regional equipment planning systems and optimization activities. This role involves coordinating planning inputs, supporting data analysis, preparing reports, and working with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, shipping, and data-driven planning are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Support weekly update of planning system inputs such as forecast, capacities, costs, schedules, and move counts.
  • Coordinate with Regional and Area stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Inland, Procurement, Planning teams) to collect and validate planning data. 
  • Assist in reviewing system proposals and ensure regional specifics inputs are reflected accurately. 
  • Support analysis of equipment flows, costs, and system outputs to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Collect user feedback on system issues and improvement ideas and communicate to system development teams. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment steering strategy basis system proposals and cost impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, operations-/logistics-/or transportation management, (industrial) engineering, finance, or information technology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in data analysis, systems, and process improvement. 
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Python or data tools is an advantage but not required. 
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
