Support regional equipment planning systems by coordinating inputs, validating data with stakeholders, analyzing equipment flows and costs, and reporting findings. Collect user feedback, assist system proposals, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment planning and cost impact.

Lead regional cost control to reduce operational costs through cost-saving initiatives, SOPs, vendor dispute resolution, Work Order governance, operational benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage and develop a small team and translate global programs into regional execution.

Manage lifecycle and strategic planning of regional container fleet, including phase-in/out execution, ownership models, and investment priorities. Build vendor relationships, lead negotiations, support budgets, ensure data quality, and implement optimization tools and processes across regions.

Support the regional finance team on shipping accounting tasks: manage accounting KPIs (revenue invoicing, cancellations), review customer credit limit applications, assist building working capital targets, create shipping orientation materials for accounting staff, and join cross-functional shipping projects.

Lead regional ownership of DAP inputs (forecasts, costs, capacities, schedules, lanes), coordinate stakeholders, champion and ensure adherence to weekly proposals, drive system development via regional feedback, and review steering strategy and cost impacts.

Lead regional container flow execution by coordinating with Area teams to plan flows, monitor stock levels, optimize forecasts and processes, drive cost reductions, champion IoT and automation, and support vendor, trucker and depot management.
