Provides end-to-end sales support by preparing quotations, coordinating rate agreements and contracts, managing bids and tenders, handling customer requests and disputes, supporting campaigns through Microsoft CRM, maintaining customer data, and assisting Customer Service with rate and revenue issues.

Oversee regional financial health through budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, accruals, variance analysis, management reporting, KPI tracking, and cost-saving initiatives. Partner with operations and departments to improve efficiency, support strategic decisions, and ensure policy compliance. Develop financial models, apply business intelligence and machine learning to analyze data, and provide actionable insights. Participate in cross-functional projects and support headquarters’ controlling and accounting inquiries.

Manages a portfolio of global NVO customers across Asia, developing commercial growth strategies, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving retention. Executes regional customer agreements, supports tenders and negotiations, and coordinates cross-functional implementation. Provides trade steering support, including customer allocation, capacity optimization, escalation management, commercial data quality, KPI monitoring, forecasting, and performance reporting. Collaborates with global account teams, trade management, cargo control, and regional organizations to deliver customer commitments and profitable growth.
