Manage vessel and voyage utilization across designated services and trades. Responsibilities include allocation and capacity management, booking and utilization forecasting, shipment acceptance, waitlist prioritization, special cargo approvals, overbooking management, and coordination with commercial, operations, planning, pricing, terminals, and partner lines. The role supports schedule reliability, cost reduction, contingency planning, and proactive baseline optimization while balancing profitability, customer experience, and operational constraints.

Manage vessel capacity, cargo allocation, booking levels, and real-time prioritization across trade routes. Coordinate with global planning, commercial, and customer service teams to address delays, transshipment issues, and special cargo requirements. Monitor utilization and loading KPIs while improving booking response times and operational performance. The role requires analytical thinking, data comfort, decision-making under pressure, communication, and a proactive ownership mindset. Maritime, logistics, transportation, or trade-management education or exposure is advantageous, but full-time experience is not required.

Leads commercial performance, trade-lane strategy, customer growth, and account management across Asia export trades for the Global NVO Program. Manages Global NVO Account Managers, coordinates Trade Management and regional stakeholders, drives capacity utilization, profitability, contract fulfillment, and strategic customer initiatives. Monitors KPIs, market trends, forecasts, and performance gaps while developing corrective actions. Builds stakeholder alignment, supports customer escalations, and develops team capability and succession plans.
