Lead commercial strategy and performance for Asia export trades, manage Global NVO Account Managers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive customer growth, capacity utilization, contract fulfillment and profitability, monitor market trends, and deliver performance reporting and action plans to meet regional and global objectives.

Ensure compliance with IMDG, CFR49, SOLAS and company rules for dangerous goods. Provide guidance to areas and planners, handle sensitive DG shipments, perform DG stowage checks and weekend duties, support DG workshops and audits, and respond to cargo inquiries.

Manage lifecycle and strategic planning of regional container fleet, including phase-in/out execution, ownership models, and investment priorities. Build vendor relationships, lead negotiations, support budgets, ensure data quality, and implement optimization tools and processes across regions.
